I love that it comes pre packaged with the vitamin C in it. This is very handy for travel especially. I've been taking Collagen for my hip joint pain and its been more beneficial than Glucosamine for me. I've also been receiving compliments on my skin which is a nice perk!

I bought these for my husband and I. My joints have been hurting now that I upped my workout routine and husbands joints are always achy. I could not choke it down in orange juice and told my us and he could use the rest and he mixed his inside his bottle of water every day and after about 7 days he said his knees weren't bothering him as much! After one box (which is only two weeks worth) he is now taking a different joint formula in capsule form so well see of his joint pain comes back. If it does we will reorder this. It just seems so costly.
