Well built
I use these as a commercial glazier. They are the best profile for longer cutoffs. This model has the serrated blades FYI.

Worst snips I have ever used.
They do not cut as well as my old Wiss snips. And the get stuck together after every cut, even with the latch unhooked. Now that the company is Crescent Wiss the quality has gone waaay downhill
