So far, so good
It's been 8 months and it's doing fine, can't say what will happen tomorrow, but so far happy that I did the aftermarket instead of the OEM which is just stupid expensive for a resistor.

Good non OE replacement...
Replace this when you fan only works on 1 or 2 speeds...Or when replacing the fan like I did.Get a Bosch HEPA filter too.Recommended...

Fits, works, good stuff
Fit my 2008 VW Touareg and works just like the OEM unit it replaced. Looks just like the OEM unit too. I guess my old one was dying slowly before it finally quit altogether. New one seems to have better/smoother control than I can remember getting out of the original.
