Great for seafood
I use this seasoning for all seafood dishes but especially love it for salmon filets . Season both sides of fish wrap food in foil bake serve over rice . Delish !

Great stuff for all seafood
Found this at a high end meat and seafood shop in Florida. They used it on Kabobs and I asked what it was. Found it on Amazon, have reordered two times. Also good on Pork.

Easy blackened food!
This stuff is awesome. I use it on fish and chicken and the whole family loves it.1. Melt some butter2. Dip the fish or chicken in the melted butter, lay it out on a pan3. Cover the meat with this stuff, flip and cover both sides4. Get your skillet super hot (cast iron works best). Add a little (just a touch) butter if the pan is dry.5. Pan sear the meat on one side for a couple minutes, flip and do the other side
