I hardly ever write reviews, but this device has been a game changer. From the ease of use, the price, the design, its overall a great product. The app you have to download to control the robot is also really good. It’s incredible intelligent, finding it way back to the base unit after doing a clean. Couple of things though that I’m sure can be improved on, is sometimes I can have a mind of its own and leave the room it’s cleaning despite not wanting it to, so sometimes I find I have to also lock it in the room I want it clean. Also, the cleaning options on the app should be made a bit more clear. Such as “spot focus”. Like I’d assume that meant to would clean a specific spot, but it never gives any further information in regards to this in the manual the device comes with. I appreciate it comes with an additional set of cleaning brushes and I feel those would be damaged/break after general wear and tear. Also the flap that opens so you remove the dust container and stuff in really wish was a bit sturdier. I feel it’s actually quite flimsy actually, and always seems to slam shut unexpectedly. Just feel it may break due to that. Some should of hinge would be nice. The vacuum is great, and I can’t recommend it enough, despite what I’ve said. I got it during prime day so not sure what the price is for it now, but it’s worth the money nonetheless

Very simple and reliable product and it is a very good deal. It cleans well gets around the house easily as long as cables are removed ! Would buy it again !

This is my first robot vacuum and I love it.It goes all around the house and suction it's great. It's easy to clean and fully charged cleans around 80 minutes. It has different modes and overall I'm very satisfied with it.The only cons are that doesn't remember the house mapping and it creates a new one everytime. Sometimes it gets lost when going back into the base and I need to grab it and leave it myself. Also as it doesn't have a brush, carpet cleaning isn't spotless.Otherwise it's a great help at home.

This little bot is brilliant! Having house full of kids and pets hoovering is a very regular occurrence here, so I brought this to lighten the load. I have had it two days and the difference already is sizeable. Freed from the hoovering burden much of the other jobs are being done while this takes carry of the hoovering. I have used it on both floors of my house and it has work brilliant. I originally thought I’d need to two but that is not the case as it is little and easy to move between floors. The app is really basic but has everything you need and the connection to Alexa is great. I was able to activate the robot from the app while away from home. Long may the great performance continue.

Arrived promptly. Easy to get going. Works well and mops adequately. Only downside is not user manual to fine tune the system. Once this can be downloaded I will be very happy with the product

Gets lost effortlessly, vacuums well but found it just kept going in diagonal lines. When working was great, but pathing and other functions are lacking.good for small areas, but anything bigger just got lost.

Picks up way more than I thought it would. Tends to go over the same areas and ignore others sometimes, but it does the job and is great value for what I paid for it…

The media could not be loaded. Had it a couple of days and so far not impressed in the slightest. Bashes into every corner and ends up riding up furniture and objects. The door frames get hit everytime it does the hall. Got itself under the shoe rack and took far too long figuring out how to get out. It sucked up the corner of a little light weight rug and got tangled up so much so it nearly exited the back door!Mop function is soo poor. Thought it must be a deep on mark, licked my finger and it wiped straight off after it had mopped that room twice, definitely doesnt get deep down marks. It doesn't mop with hot water, it cleans the heads with water and then drives back out dragging the wet heads over the floor. I've had to set it to the quickest return and wash of 5 minutes because the heads dont stay wet obviously when mopping over a floor but this means its driving back and forth every 5 minutes from the living room though the hall and down the kitchen taking ages! Each time it cleans the heads its more time and more energy being used. Left it to do the hall living room and kitchen while we popped out, an hour later and it had only done 2 rooms. It was set to double wash each room but they still had little marks on the floors and the odd crumb in places not picked up. A spray mop does a better job.Kids had a picky tea in the living room, set it to go and its missed and scattered so much. I've added three pics of the pass and you can see the crumbs still all over. My husband says its like giving a toddler a hoover to play with, you still have to go back and do it properly.It is massively noisy. Don't get me wrong technology is loud but I darn near had a heart attack when it emptied the dust bin! The biggest vacuum suction is still not great on carpets just skimming over the top. Kids terrified of it. Quiet mode is the lowest suction and in my view pointless.Edit- another couple of days later and it just gets worse. Rides up the door frames and skirting boards. Constant error messages about it not charging and an issue with that. Rode up the back door that was open and got completely stuck and had to be manually moved. Drive through the kids toys. Added a video as we were just sat chatting and didn't realised they had left them out. Drove through them repeatedly not stopping. Still doesn't mop properly. The heads dont don't spin sometime. Definitely dont recommendCustomer service poor, ended up refunded
