I haven't found a spider in my basement since I bought this. Follow the directions though, I think that's why some are having trouble. May need more than one. My basement is about 1600 square feet with an open floor plan so one works great-- but there are no walls to disrupt the signal.

This does not work at all. If anything, it seems the mice began running around in the open. It also misleads you when it comes to the refund/return policy. Good ole glue traps!

I only received these units a few days ago and have not seen any results yet. It might be because the low temps at night here drop to the teens?????
