As with all the other reviews holes didn't line up. Not even close. Don't waste your money

I received these for my birthday and I am IN LOVE!! I was highly concerned as most of the reviews said the holes don’t line up for assembly. I had the same issue but realized there is an offset piece that I was missing putting in. Once that offset piece was assembled, it went together with ease! You MUST use the square offset to attach the side, bottom and top all together and it WILL work! The quality is absolutely great! Very sturdy and so comfortable! I love that the cushions are waterproof allowing me to wash them off easily.My only hang up is the offset. I feel this chair could benefit without and would cause less headache to the purchaser. It would definitely allow a much easier assembly process if you didn’t have to use the offset, as you kind of have to hold all the pieces together at one time.Otherwise, this rocking chair set is absolutely perfect!

Another case of the holes didn't line up. I'm going to have someone try to drill the crap out of it and keep it. We'll see how that plays out.

The product arrived missing some pieces of hardware. The instruction sheets provided say "if anything is missing, please contact us". There is NO contact information for the company on the instruction sheets, on Amazon, or Greesum's own website. Their own website lists about 6 products and that's it. No customer service or contact information anywhere. Amazon is not able to replace the missing piece of hardware, but is graciously giving me 25% back of the purchase price and is letting me keep the product. Crossing my fingers I can find the piece that is missing at a local hardware store. Otherwise we have pretty blue cushions, a little table... that is relatively flimsy, by the way... and no chairs.
