From breakfast to dinner this pan has been the go to since we purchased it. The nonstick ceramic makes clean up a breeze and the gold accents keeps the pan perched on the stove top waiting for the next meal. It's a little on the pricy side but worth every penny. I will be looking to upgrade some of our other cookware in the near future, perhaps Christmas?

These are awesome pans! The big one is quite heavy but very hearty and magically easy to cook with and clean!

This pan is not cheap, but it’s not cheaply made either! It holds its own against my La Cruset, heats evenly, performs great on the stovetop or in the oven, and it cleans like a dream!

Heavy, durable and truly non-stick - food slides around with just a little oil. All Caraway pans work the same way.

We lost our home in a wildfire and purchased 2 of these pans as part of refurbishing our newly rebuilt home. Given that they were quite expensive and seemingly well rated I felt confident in our purchase. However, these pans are most definitely not non stick pans as described - food of any kind frequently sticks to the bottom of the pan making them very frustrating to cook with. As we weren’t able to use them until just over a month after we purchased them - because our move in was delayed - we had missed the return window.We appealed to Amazon customer service who were very unhelpful and not understanding of our situation. We contacted Caraway directly through their website twice but did not receive a reply. Except for now I am on their mailing list!Definitely do not recommend as a product or a company.

The title says it all. The nonstick surface is resisting everything I have cooked in it so far. Temperature distribution is perfect. Very durable as well.

Everything slides around like butter in this pan! It's really nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's quite heavy, and the curved, metal handle is not heat proof. It gets very hot so you have to use a mitt if you're not very strong (like me). I do wish the curved handle would stay cool to the touch, but other than that, it's been great!

This is a fantastic pan. Quickly became my favorite pan in the kitchen. Clean up is a breeze and you get a nonstick surface without any of those PFAS chemicals.

Bought this pan for my daughters birthday, she received it, opened the box and the handle is loose. No, it was not damaged in shipping (box does not have a dent in it), sounds more like pour quality control. Very disappointed, I will contact Caraway and voice my opinion personally.After Contacting Caraway, it was explained to me that this company is an unapproved re-seller. They are selling this pan at twice the price (Caraway is selling them at $145.My own fault for not being more diligent, lesson learned.

Who doesn’t monitor their cooking, e.g eggs, sauces, onions etc…!!?? I have to constantly lift and peek letting out heat and dripping water. It’s a huge pain. I try to balance a clear lid from my old pan but it doesn’t quite fit. Otherwise I like the pan itself.
