Beware, always read reviews (i wish i had)
Tried to use as replacement for one of our old style mechanical stats . Switching is reversed so fan "on" when cool , "off" when hot . So useless for my application . Mounted very easily with a small piece of DIN rail that i cut and screwed to ventilator assembly tho . Maybe i'll bust it open like Big Clive and see what's what , the next time i'm up 40 ft above the warehouse floor .

Good quality and delivery time
Part arrived well and fast, I already installed it and is working great.

great for use in other applications too
nice compact design, super easy to splice in to an existing cord. a 4 or 5 degree swing between on and off gives u more precise temp control than traditional attic vent controls so its great for controlling duct boosters etc. in other applications as well

Degrees C NOT F as shown. Also...
Not that it makes much operational difference the face is marked in degrees C instead of degrees F like the picture shows.Also...I suspect customers are a bit confused as to what the setting means. It is the "trigger point" at which when the ambient temperature is above the switch will close. To test this set the "trigger point" at a temperature above the current ambient temperature (like the max temperature shown). The switch should be OPEN at this point. As you change the "trigger point" to a lower temperature eventually it will reach the ambient temperature and will close because the ambient temperature is ABOVE the "trigger point". This is normal operation for this controller. As the ambient temperature becomes larger than the "trigger point" setting the switch will close to cause the fan to come on.

Works...but...
I got this for a sunroom. There are not very many low profile thermostats that will turn on a fan like this. The only other ones are for attic fans, and take up a lot more room. I was able to install this in place of a light switch to turn on a fan when the room got too hot. The issue is that it is not very accurate. I wanted it to turn on around 78 F, but it was quite hard to set, and it is closer to 80F. So far it is working without issue, and does what I need, but it was definitely difficult to get it set for where I needed. I kept bouncing between 70 and 90 for the setpoint, even with minor adjustments. I did not reach out to request a replacement at this time.
