Loved these headphones until I opened them up. I have been a fan of this company for a long time, having bought their "Jarv N Motion" Wireless headphones multiple time in the past. I decided to give these a try, but became quickly disappointed. The day they were delivered the right earbud would not charge using the dual charger. I got it to work by using an older charger from previous headphones. Once it finally held a charge and I got them connected they worked well. I only use them for working out and I was pretty satisfied. However, one day I was in the middle of a workout I would keep hearing a beeping noise. At first I thought it was the battery but knew it couldn't have been because I charged them before heading out. When I opened up Bluetooth the right earbud would keep disconnecting and reconnecting on its own. I ended up contacting Jarv customer service the day I was having the original charging problem via email and they said there was really nothing they could do except replace it and I would need to send it back, wait for it to be approved, and then wait for a new one to be sent back out. The customer service email exchange was overall annoying. They asked for a proof of purchase and told me I had to send back a preferred shipping address. Once completed, 5 days later they asked me for proof of purchase again and eventually ended up telling me to go through Amazon return. I loved this brand because of their previous headphones and am let down this pair was not what I expected. I am a little hesitant now to buy a new pair. FYI- I have an iPhone 8 Plus and this is how many problems I have had.

I purchased these headphones a little over a year ago and really liked them. The lack of wires is great I had just wished the sound quality was slightly better. Three months after purchasing these headphones they broke. Customer service very graciously and replaced them. However, 8 months later, and after having used them maybe 5 times, the charging port fell out of one of the earphones. I emailed to replace this pair but since it is over the original 1 year warrantee they will not replace it. I find it to be very poor service. What this is saying is that we will sell you the headphones but if they continuously break, which they do, they will not be replaced outside the ORIGINAL 1 year date. I will not be repurchasing these.

I just purchased me second set of these in July because my 1st ones stopped working and now these won't take a charge. Of course the return window ended 2 days ago. It's a shame because I really love them when they work. I guess I will try another brand. I just received an email stating that they will be sending new ones and to apologize for my issues. Thank you. Good customer service means slot to me so I am changing my rating for this product.

Work perfect and the sound quality is very good.

I was nervous that these would fall out of my ears while I exercised, but they stay in very well and are comfortable through biking, running, lifting, and mat work. I have never had the battery die on me (and I definitely don't remember to charge them after each use). I give them four stars because sometimes they have trouble staying connected to my phone. This only happens when my phone is in a backpack while I'm biking, though, and all that happens is the music switches to only one ear or the other (it's a little disorienting but better than totally cutting out). All in all they work well at a nice price!

Great sound. But left ear bud stopped charging after 6 weeks. Update: a month later the right one literally just fell apart

Great sounding headphones and great for working out. I did have problems with the left headphone. It is constantly turning itself off and then I can't turn it back on for a while. It's super annoying. I'll be looking for a other pair of headphones.

My husband gave me a pair of the Jarv NMotion wireless headphones, and I fell in love with them. I train hard everyday at the gym, and wear my electronics out. I wanted to purchase an additional pair, so that I would never train without them. Best wireless headphones that I have ever used. Big thumbs up!
