This diffuser is far superior to any I have ever used and I have tried many. I am a certified aromatherapist and I LOVE that I can use my essential oils undiluted. No more worries about running out of water or batteries. It charges just like a phone, a simple but brilliant concept. Not having to be attached to an outlet lets it go places no other diffuser has gone before. So easy to move from room to room, no worries about spilling anything the essential oil is sealed inside. I am hooked. Thank you Two Scents ! One of my favorite Amazon purchases.

I purchased the unit despite some of the negative reviews. I really wanted to love it unfortunately It doesn't put out any fragrance and uses an excessive about of oil. (I use high quality essential oils) I tried cutting the tube as suggested in another review, that did nothing. In fact by trimming the tube I actually voided the warranty. Buyer beware. I initially contacted customer service with an immediate response. I thought this is great!!! I was instructed to send back the tube so they could send me another. I sent back tube zero response. I'm highly disappointed in the quality of this product for the price.

Followed instructions to the exact wording of the item. Problems: 1) After using this on/off for 2 days, suddenly the essential oil started sputtering out in globs. I checked the essential oil to make sure it wasn't the problem and it wasn't. 2) Machine is a lot louder than expected. Not a problem for am but if you're a light sleeper you can pass on this.

I rarely write reviews on Amazon, but could not resist for this product. This little, but mighty nebulizer is more than I could have ever imagined. I have been searching for a nebulizer for months and have been frustrated with options, prices, etc. Alas, Two Scents has brilliantly created a great functioning product at a reasonable price. The device itself is very easier and intuitive to operate. The issue about the tube others have written about must now be solved because the tube length is now perfect. We use Simpler’s Botanicals essential oils and those bottles fit perfectly in the nebulizer. The two bottles provided with the machine are nice for our own homemade blends, too. We ran the nebulizer all day and it held its charge the entire time. The convenient size makes this very versatile, too. We had friends visiting and they were equally impressed with the nebulizer and said they are definitely buying one. The ONLY requests I would have for Two Scents is 1) make additional bottles available for purchase and 2) provide different color options for the nebulizer. My search is finally over...this is THE nebulizer!

I had problems to begin with from this diffuser and I was frustrated. I contacted Two Scents and they suggested that the straw might be kinked and to trim it. Indeed, it was kinked which prevented it from working properly. Now that the straw has been trimmed it works exactly as advertised. This is very small and easily portable which I think is its best feature. The ability to move it without having to move a power cord is fantastic. Also, because this is a nebulizer and does not use water or heat it doesn't put out as much scent as a water diffuser that I own. However, if you are looking for a portable, small, easy to use nebulizer for essential oils then this one is for you.

Chose this because it was about $20 less than another brand that looks just like it. Got it, read manual, charged it. Put in an "Aura Cacia 100% 15ml Bottle" (pg 1 of manual says it works with most 10ml to 15ml bottles). Well... Aura screwed in but, was too tall to put the bottom trey/cap back on the devise. There was about a 1/4 inch gap between the trey and body of the device. So, I just turned it on full blast anyway (it looked like a suit case that is too full to close). It did NOT work well at all. After 15 min I could barely smell anything unless I was right on top of it.So, I tried putting my oil in one of the 2 included 10ml bottles, & turned it on full-blast again. Left the house for 5 hours (the bottom trey/cap did fit with included 10ml bottle installed). Whole House smelt great when I got back. HOWEVER, there was LOTS of oil setting in the bottom trey/cap (some how it was leaking inside). Wasted oil. So I started fiddling around with it. I noticed that the little straw that goes into the bottle was too long and would kink when you screwed the bottles in all the way. That is totally a manufacture defect. I did not contact them. I thought it would be easier to just trim a few millimeters off of the bottom of the little straw with sizzors. So I did. then I cleaned it up, and gave it one last try...IT WORKS like a champ now!! & no leaking oil in the Trey/cap. Now I can put it on the lowest setting and it saturates my 15' X 15' (225sqft) bedroom, with the door open.Does make a little noise that sounds like a fidget spinner when it kicks on. But that was expected, and does not bother me at all. Only mention it so you know what to expect and don't get disolutioned if you haven't had one of these.The Battery thing is great. I can move it around everywhere and not worry about plugging it in. So cool. have about 7 or 8 hours on it so far. Love it. Would I recomend it over one of the brands that looks just like it... Yes! Trim the straw (if your needs it) and save $$

I bought 2 of these diffusers in October, it is now December and they are putting out very little scent. I am very disappointed with this expensive purchase.--------------------------------------------UPDATE: Imagine my surprise when Jake from customer service contacted me, apologized for the problems I was having with the diffusers, and offered suggestions on how to solve the problems. After trying his suggestions, one diffuser begin to work properly. Jake immediately set up an exchange for the defective diffuser which has arrived and is working fine.
