I absolutely love this Petlibro automatic feeder! It’s been a total game-changer for me, especially on days when I’m stuck in traffic or working late. Knowing that my dog’s meals are taken care of — even if I’m not home — gives me so much peace of mind.One of my favorite features is the companion app. I can easily track if the food was dispensed as scheduled, and if something’s off, I can adjust it right from my phone. It’s super convenient and really reliable so far.I ended up getting the matching water fountain too, and now my pup has the full setup. Both products look sleek and work great together. Definitely a great investment if you want to simplify feeding and make sure your fur baby is always taken care of — even when life gets hectic.

I'm replacing a different brand with this one. so I noticed several really nice, simple features of this model I preferred over the old one. 1. a window so you can see how much food is in it at a glance 2. a lid that screws on (old one had a latch that jammed with dog food and then wouldn't work) 3. solid construction (old one would stop if "unstable" as when the basset hound head butted it for more food). 4. battery backup. 5. app is super simple and easy initial setup and schedule setup. can even announce the food in my voice!

We've had this for almost 6 months and it works great! Every auto-feeder I have had seems to only last 2-3 years, but I am hoping this one proves the others wrong. The app is very user friendly and I like that it notifies me when food is low, although by that time it's pretty much empty. I also like that it uses actually cups to measure the portions so I don't have to guess if I'm feeding enough.Overall, great value for the price and the design is slick. It's quiet and helps me keep my cats healthy. Highly recommend!

Pros:-Warns you when food is "low"-good app features-good design (aside from the motor and rotor)-easy to setupCons:-Doesn't actually warn you when it's low...it warns you when it's empty but calls that low..-Will claim it successfully fed your pet right before it hits low but this isn't true. If it was low around the time they were fed ,they may have been partially fed and although it says how much was dispensed when successful...it DOESN'T when it is partially dispensed.-the motor is very slow and loud and struggles with foods over 10mm, the rotor design is not very good and prone to skipping. There is only 1 brand out there that can dispense 10mm+ food effortlessly and quickly but they lack app features or a low indicator .-manually feeding doesn't obey the voice notification settings on other schedules and always does it twice. With no way of changing it-price is definitely up there even without a camera feature.

Noise lever, there basically is none. It’s very quiet when the feeder dispenses food and the only noise is from the food hitting the metal tray which you can take out. It is very functional, the app gives you a lot of different options and it’s especially easy to measure your pets food as your potion sizes are in 1/12 of a cup for each increment. The food capacity is enough to where I don’t have to refill for about 2 weeks or more. It’s incredibly light weight. Weighs a few lbs.

This feeder does not work if Wi-Fi is out. It says that it does if meals are previously scheduled, but this is not true. My Wi-Fi went out and will be out for a few days till I can get it fixed. Meals are not being dispensed. I got this feeder for my cat while I’m out of town for a few days. I’m glad I discovered this while I was home. If I would have known this I would not have purchased this. Other than the Wi-Fi issue, it was easy to set up and works good. Just hope your Wi-Fi doesn’t go down while you’re away.

I have 2 of these, one for each of my cats. The app control, design, and ease of use is just awesome. This is the 3rd auto feeders I have had and this is far and beyond my favorite.The only issues I have is:1) They set too low. After getting these my cats started throwing up. After further research I found out that cats can get reflux caused by having to bend their necks down to eat. I added a small "dinner table" to raise it and the vomiting completely stopped. If they would just sell "riser" bases for these, that would be an easy fix. Make say a 2", 3", 4", 6" and it would be perfect.2) I REALLY struggle dialing in the food amount. One setting is too high and food builds up, the next step down doesn't drop near enough. I drive myself crazy trying to get that dialed in and after over a year I dont have it figured out.

I've had this feeder for about 4 months now. Last month the feeder malfunctioned and would not stop beeping. I reached out to the company's customer service and they were very helpful to try and help me stop the beeping. When we eventually tried everything and the beeping hadn't stopped they sent me a replacement part. I would absolutely recommend this automatic cat feeder. It has made my life so much easier so I am feeding my cat the exact amount I need to and right on time so my cat isn't pestering me! While I already loved the product, what really made me want to be a lifelong customer was their amazing customer service. So glad I bought this cat feeder!
