Great camera for the price except for a few flaws.
The Rivio 360 Camera was easy to use right away and took great 360 photos and video for the price. The quality of the photos and the automatic stitching was surprisingly good, and it was very easy to use.If not for a few flaws, I would probably rate it five stars, considering it’s low price for its functionality. The camera has no viewfinder, but since it takes 360 degrees, it wasn’t much of a problem. Just hold it up, press the button, and take the photo. If you need to see what you are shooting, you can enable the wifi and connect it to your iPhone or Android phone. I hooked it up to my iPhone after downloading the Kacha 360 software. The Kacha 360 software was very easy to use, and allows you to create photos from various different perspectives and easily share them to social media. Once you hook up the software, you can use your phone to see what you are taking photos or video of. You can also trigger the photo or video recording remotely using your phone.I did run into a couple of problems with the camera though. The first was in charging the camera. The camera has a USB-C connector for charging, and it comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable, which works fine. However, when I used a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge the camera, it didn’t work. It only seems to charge when using a USB-A to USB-C cable. I thought my camera was broken, so didn’t use it for a while, until I finally discovered the problem. The second, more serious, problem happened after several months of use. There is a button on the side of the camera to enable the Wifi so that it can connect to a phone. One day, this button fell into it’s hold, and I couldn’t get it out, so now I can no longer enable the wifi on the camera, so the only way to get photos off of it is to read them off of the MicroSD card. The problem with that, as I found out from the manufacturer, is that there is no way to get the photos into the iPhone Kacha360 app. They say you can only get it into the Android app. So there is no way to convert the photos into a format that can be uploaded to social media, rendering the camera useless. Also, I don’t think there is a way to enable the video without being connected to the phone via wifi, so I can’t take video either. If not for this flaw, I was very happy with the camera, and would have even considering getting another one, but it looks like they may have stopped selling them. They are no longer sold on Amazon and I can’t find them anywhere else.

Good, but not great
The hardware for this camera is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, the software is an issue. I can't get my Android phone to connect with the software app Kacha360. The wifi refuses to connect to the camera as a hotspot. Fortunately, the camera does connect to my idevices, otherwise it would be useless. Downloading through the wifi only saves my photos one way which is with dual bubbles. Although I haven't tried it yet, maybe I can extract the memory card from the camera to properly download the pictures. USB cord doesn't seem to work for transferring photos to my computer which makes this more of a process. The USB cord is only used to charge. Also, there isn't a dedicated shutter button. The power button and trigger are one in the same. When I am not connected to a device, I have to hope that the picture took. I always take a picture when I am just trying to shut the camera off. Also, there is a faint beep that happens when you push the power/ trigger button but it is inaudible when outside in the element. The battery goes quickly, but that may be the norm for this kind of camera.

Value for money
For the price, I'm rating it at 4. I have issues when I have several videos and photos already stored in the SD card of the camera as it is very slow in showing the thumbnails and also viewing them from your phone. It can be remedied though by downloading the photos and videos even if they dont show and then deleting the downloaded photo/video immediately. Battery life is also an issue although can be remedied again since I do bring a powerbank with me all the time. It connects via wifi (although it does say I can connect via USB and OTG but havent tried it yet) so I can't readily post photos and videos online since my connection to the internet have to be stopped everytime I use it. All in all, I still rate it high since it does give me 360 degrees photos and videos good enough to post in social media.

It is a good 360 camera for its value
It is a nice an compact camera, light and very good value. It was easy to set up and it workers with my iPhone SE, when the right application is download (Kacha360). What I liked the most was that it accepts memory chip, making it expandable. I still need to try to take pictures at night, video and how long the battery last, but so far I like it. The seller send it on time, answered my question before hand and it is as advertise. Another neat thing is that the format of the pictures are able to be edited and use with other 360 programs.

Very useful
Very small and compact piece of equipment, handy for those scenic pictures or trying to get a wide angle photo. Easy to use right out of the box, but make sure to download the app before connecting everything. Makes things easier. I really enjoyed the fisheye lens. Interesting point of view. Overall great value ! Will be looking for more Rivio products in the future!

Ok hardware. Crap software.
Software stopped working altogether. Reinstalled and nothing. Worked ok when software worked. Button in front of unit is basically unusable. Have to hit it several times to turn on and record and never really know if you are recording without phone software working.

Great bang for your buck!
Amazing product for the price! It uses two lenses to capture a 360 degree image/video. It works well in most conditions (especially outdoors). A great feature in the app is the ability to adjust the camera settings manually so you can compensate for the exposure. It has a standard tripod mount on the bottom so you can attach it to a tripod. You can easily share your 360° images/videos on Facebook and YouTube through the app to impress your friends! Overall, it's a great bang for your buck.

This camera is great! I have brought it hiking a couple times and it looked really cool to have a panoramic view of the woods. I'm also very excited to use it for my upcoming Europe trip. It is conveniently small and easy to carry in your pocket. The video feature is fun to use as well. The picture and video quality comes out particularly good. The battery life is surprisingly long.
