Fun but I wish the holder for the pen actually works. My daughter is always loosing the pens.

We had a short road trip with an infant and twin 4 year olds. I had the brilliant idea that they would enjoy a dry erase board during the ride. What I had not planned on was their giving themselves tattoos with the dry erase markers on their face. Did I mention we were going to a wedding? On the way home my husband had a long talk with them about drawing on the dry erase board only. He felt he had gotten through to them. So he gave them back their markers and the dry erase board. 10 minutes in and it looked like they were trying their hand at clown makeup. It was in that moment I jumped on amazon to find something that would save us from this outcome again in a week on our way to the beach. These boards were great. They were occupied and when they decided to try to draw on themselves it was only water. Thank you.

Bought this to keep my daughter distracted on our upcoming flight and was excited to let her use it. Was disappointed it didn’t work that well compared to the extra large one we have. I even soaked the tip and waited a day to try again if the water came out better and would draw better but you have to press hard. My daughter is two and doesn’t press hard so when she tries to draw it is so faint…

There are 2 coloring sides in the book. One's solid pink and one's rainbow. There are 2 pens, you fill them with water and the color only shows up in the book. Seems fairly durable, comes with ABC stencil. Overall the kids are happy, ages almost 5 and 2 and a half yrs. We are taking this on a 26 hr road trip and will update afterward on durability.Update: so before the trip, I let the kids play with it for a few hours. There are permanent pink lines almost like scratch marks on the white inner "pages", where the water pen had turned it pink it basically looks like it never dried/erased. Just an FYI this may not be super durable.

Great for church or traveling

The media could not be loaded. Love this buy. My Mom bought me a water doodle back in the day off a commercial on TV so brings back the memories lol. Good for a mess free activity on the go or in the car!Simple.
