The drops work great for escalating anxiety. Good for nervous animals! Our Border Collie is a very anxious pup and an eyedropper lowers her anirty a little bit. (Note: she does not get intoxicated nor does she lose energy)I also suffer from severe anxiety and if I begin to have some panic, but I don't want to take one of my benzos, this does a great job at leveling me out.

I find this essence very helpful for control issues. I've gone through some issues where I would get anxiety real bad- (PTSD) certain things would/ will trigger it. I am immensely grateful how well this works. It's subtle and works. I have considerably less "freak out" episodes in certain situations, where before I felt embarrassed how out of control I was and would start freaking out:( so imbarassing. I believe in these vibrational remedies. Cherry Plum is recommended for control issues. It is in Bach's Rescue Remedy and FES's Five Flower Remedy. You can use it on animals, and Toddlers too. I am hoping sharing this it may help someone else.

This essence is amazing, smooths out moods and brings you happily to the here and now. Even works on people who don't believe in this stuff!

I'm trying this one, which is supposed to be made exactly like the Bach Centaury. It doesn't have as much alcohol content as the Bach product. I have tasted them both side by side. I'm still not sure of the effect, but I"ll keep you posted. Is the 27% alcohol content necessary? I thought that was best for tinctures, but who knows?

Love them all, no exceptions. Important to use the right one, so read up. If you don't get desired improvement you may need a different flower essence. Best results when used with affirmation or prayer.

Can’t really tell that it helps me relax or sleep. Maybe I need to use it everyday for a while.

This product is amazing! I have a tendency to be very insecure and I obsess lot about things. This product helps me feel confident with my appearance and my abilities and I do not find myself obsessing nearly as much. I have used the Crab Apple from the regular Bach collection you can by at the store in the little brown bottles, but I find this brand far more effective. I believe that might partly be because more product comes out of this dropper. You get more for your money and it works like a dream. I have already recommended this to others and they have had drastic improvements as well! Thank you for such a wonderful product!!!!
