This bag is 7 3/4 x 6 x 3 inches. It is the perfect size for me. I have three of them and wish they came in more colors!

I would say no. The strap is actually sewn into the purse on one end.

Yes, the strap is wider than most small bags. It stays on the shoulder and is more comfortable than the smaller straps.

It fits a passport and has both. A really good regular purse
