Honestly, the product was just as shown and very good quality all around from the valve to the trim itself. Great affordable price compared to name brands. Had an issue with the depth of the valve installed being recessed, customer service sent me an extension kit for free and was at my house in 2 days. They also sent a free extended screw plate cover package for free. Will definitely be buying their products again

Unit works very well and is very responsive to temperature change on handle. Well priced and fairly easy to install. Definitely am good vendor who is customer service oriented.

Low quality product
This product looks good but the quality is low, and you can't even connect the 1/2" inch copper pipe directly to the valve unit like the others, in this case you need to weld another treated copper fitting to the 1/2" pipe in order to installed so I wouldn't recommend this product
