Cherry pits are better than flax and other ingredients. The heat is just different in a very good way. I haven’t tried it cold yet. I definitely recommend the three part neck wrap.

These things are great! My grandmother made her own many years ago and I used them as a teen when I had muscle aches. This one is almost as good as the original Hot Cherry Pit pillow. Works fantastic however, for my purposes it would be most useful if not so thick but a little wider. I use it on my lower back because it can wrap around and cover my lower back but is a little thick to be completely comfortable when sitting. Its ok for neck but I use it more for my lower back and across my shoulders for aches.

Amazing!!! Had horible stiff neck and not even Physical Therapist could work it out. Got my beautiful red neck pillow . Popped in microwave for 2 minutes and it fit perfectly around my neck. Immediate relief. Been using it since Saturday and zero pain and regained full mobility. Washable and durable. I loved it so much have already reordered another neck for a friend and the 2 pillow for my full back. I am 64 years old and because of my activities, always have aches and pains. These pillows are lifesavers. Have not taken any pain pills (which distroy kidbeys etc) since last Saturday!!!

Not what I was expecting. neck pillow has a vinegar. Stinky smell to it and the fabric looks on the dirty side. I tried using it once but I can’t stand the smell. Not good

Great packaging, but not overly impressed. Since childhood, I've witnessed my parents use a pillowcase folded in half the long way, sewed to make a tube, filled 1/2 to 3/4 with dry rice. Nuke it for three minutes, and the heat is more constant and lasts 2x longer that this one which uses cherry pits.Don't get me wrong, the 2 minute microwave time and flaming hot cherry pits feels great through a sweatshirt....the heat just doesn't last as long as something you could make at home with a pillow case, bag of rice, and beginner level sewing. I've been using this same method for years.

I had a cherry pit muscle relaxer but lost it in the move.This one is better! 3 compartments to give a more satisfying treatment.

Stays warm. Smells amazing. DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ELECTRICAL FIRES IN THE NIGHT. If you’re on the fence, buy it. This is worth every penny. Period cramps, neck cricks, and sore muscles are a peice of cake to deal with if you own this!
