This was exactly what we needed for our pool providing a safe option for people to use getting in and out of the pool.

Totally adequate to meet the needs of my aging spouse who wanted something to assist getting in and out of the pool. Install was as expected and lòoks good.

Had this for 6 months and finally installing it. Looks well built but I had a problem with the installation kit. The 12mm concrete drill supplied with the kit has a square 4 sided shank. I don't know what kind of drills they have in China but American drills have a 3 prong chuck which will not hold a 4 sided bit. Had to buy a 1/2" carbide bit to get the job done.

Love that it included the cover and all hardware and a template. Hardest part of installing was drilling holes in concrete decking- needed a hammer drill 1/2 inch chuck. Super sturdy. I have a smaller first step and the railing goes past it to the second larger step. Super happy regarding this railing!

Bought a house with in-ground pool but no handrails. After much online research I picked this one because it was metal but had no parts underwater. Wife and I installed it after renting a hammer-drill. We really use it each time we are in the pool and it is very sturdy. It came with a cloth sleeve that keeps it from feeling too hot on really scorching days. Installation was pretty easy except the concrete drilling bit furnished with it is a strange size that did not fit ANY of the hammer-drills available. The rental company loaned us a 3/8" drill bit which worked fine with a little "wallowing out" at the top of the holes. I recommend it!

I would recommend this pool hand rail. Make sure you take time to get the holes in the right place. That is the key to success with this hand rail.

The hardware to this is crap. The bolts were not long enough so I had to find longer ones and the holes didn’t even fit the ones that came with it. Haven’t installed yet but it’s been a hassle and costs more money already! I wouldn’t recommend.
