The glazing on this looks really great, providing a lot of character by not being completely uniform and having a lot of visual interest. On top of that, the ceramic vase itself has some unevenness and the lines aren't all straight, lending to a really nice rustic look that complements the finish.

The vase was a pleasant surprise. The blue is quite stunning and it is very different looking. I have it on a small round colorfully painted reclaimed wood table that has a blue in it that is quite similar to this vase. Added a small bunch of blue colored baby's breath and overall really upped the oomph value.
