I needed a fan in a living room with 18 Foot vaulted ceilings. This was perfect for the job. I had to use a scaffold to put the fan up. Even with that, it was relatively easy to put together, but there was a lot of blades and a lot of screws. It took me about an hour and a half to put up by myself. It would have been a lot quicker if I did not have to keep climbing up and down the scaffold.It replaced a much smaller fan that did not have a light. I did experience an issue with installation of this fan though. I could not get the remote to connect, so I thought I had wired it wrong or the fan was broke, which would have sucked if I had to take it down. As a last resort, I changed the batteries in the remote and low and behold it worked. The battery they included with the fan was bad.I was very excited after I got the fan to work. It is a very nice fan. It puts off a decent amount of light (not too bright) and creates a good breeze. It is not very loud for a fan with so many large blades and the blades do not sag. It is a very nice looking fan, very sturdy and goes well with my living room decor. The remote is easy to use and has a long range. I like that the fan has 6 speeds and can reverse. This fan has been up for a few months and I have not experienced any issues. Very nice purchase.

Great product. Saw the great reviews and gave it a try in spite of being one of the cheapest listings for a fan this size. I'm glad that it works and was easy for the electrician and mechanical contractor to install. The remote works great. It moved a lot of air even in lower settings. Just a tiny wobble (about half an inch) when you turn it up to the highest speed. The light is a bonus. It works well and seems to be sufficient for a reasonably sized room for a fan this size. I would buy this fan again if there was another need. I give it 4 stars only for installation just for the reason that professionals installed it for me. You'd have to rely on other reviews for a feedback on how it fares for DIY.Here's an operational tip:- Fan works with 2 direction settings. When changing fan direction (using the remote), stop the fan first & wait for it to come to a full stop before hitting the change button.Take a look at the video. I hope this review helps. I tried to install myself but this fan is big. Big. And didn’t want it starting a fire or falling. So we called a local handyman. He put it up himself in about 1.5 hours. Would’ve taken me double the time. Smaller fans in my house we did ourselves. It works great and really helps push the wind. The remote control is easy to use. We can’t even hear the fan when it’s on and the speed level is awesome just on low. Great purchase we had several people compliment us on it.

The media could not be loaded. This is seriously a great looking and performing fan. As other reviewers have said…this fan moves a lot of air. It’s very sleek and quiet and was a breeze to mount.The flaw and it is kind of an important one since it operates by remote…the remote and receiver are severely lacking functionality. I’m practically right under the fan and it is a crap shoot if the remote works or not. I pretty much have to stand directly under the fan and point directly at the antenna to get it to work consistently. Might as well have put pull cords on them.The remote itself is cheaply made and I don’t see it lasting very long. Not sure what I’ll do if the remote stops working. They definitely need to design and build a more robust remote.Overall I’m very satisfied with the fan for the exception of the afore mentioned.

I purchased two of the brushed nickel ones. One BN and one black arrived. I was able to return the black one and it was quickly replaced with a BN one. I installed both and they look and work great in my new garage. They really move a lot of air. They have 6 speeds, both forward and reverse. I have them set on 4, which seems to be the best for my comfort. The light has three colors, selectable from the remote. I have it set to cool white, which matches the rest of the lights in the garage. They came with two downrods, one is about a foot long, the other is a few inches. The wires are capable of about a 2' - 3' downrod if you need longer. I have both fans on a single light switch in the panel with the other lights in the room. I can turn them on and off from there and they remember the last setting. So, if you have a power failure, they will come back on just as they were before. Love these fans. Great value for the money. Oh, the remotes are specific to each fan, so with them in the same room, each remote only works with the fan it came with.

I love this fan for my living room! Everyone who walks into my house comments on this fan. It has a modern, upscale industrial look and it's big and moves so much air just on the 1st speed. The light is so bright that some of my friends think its too bright, but I love it. It has vacation mode that turns the fan on every hour and there is a natural wind mode that changes the speed of the blades which is pretty interesting. you can change the light color from warm, yellow, white & daylight. The fan is very quiet. When i turn it on, there is a little "groan" which I don't know if that's normal. My contractor installed it and had to take it apart since it didn't turn at first after it was all connected. It took him a couple hours to get it installed & working. I really love this fan as it's a statement piece in my living room. I had purchased a 60" all white fan and had it taken down to replace it with this 72" dramatic eye-catcher and I'm so happy I did!

Rusted out in less than 2 years while under a roof fully protected from any direct elements and no customer service. Made multiple calls usually getting disconnected but was able to leave a message and also sent an email with photos. No call back no reply. Stay away from this company!
