I purchased this wax/oil warmer because of the good reviews. When I received it I discovered that it really does not heat up enough to melt the wax and is barely warm to the touch. In addition the top does not come off to clean or get to the bulb. Neither does the bottom.I am very disappointed in this product. I believe it is falsely advertised. While it looks pretty it does not do the job intended. I would not buy this again.

UGH - I bought TWO of these (over $20 for EACH), and one already burned out after just a couple months. BONUS: There is no apparent way to replace the burned out bulb--and I've literally tried every possible permutation of disassembling the thing, to no avail. :-(

Pretty, but bulb inside doesn't get warm enough to heat
My husband got this warmer for me for Christmas. It's so pretty and I love the way it looks, but the bulb in it doesn't get warm enough to fully melt anything. It will melt what's directly in the middle, about the size of a quarter, but leave the rest unmelted and still solid. Going to have to get a hotter or maybe bigger bulb to actually use it for what it's intended for.

Nice n Pretty for a short time!
I loved the look, especially when lit up at night but after approx 4 months the little wax holding pan started peeling its paint and then rusting, the lights stayed going out one by one and it’s not anything that can be replaced!

Ordered and the product overheated within the first couple times of using and then burnt out. Luckily it did not cause a fire. Reported the defective unit was told I would receive a replacement. Never did.

But even looking at it I was not like it was in the pictures
To start off, when I received it in the mail it was all in peices. But even looking at it I was not like it was in the pictures. It doesn't have a light bulb it has a little LED light. It can not be used for wax cubes because it will not get hot enough and you can't take the top off.

I’m not happy with this product. Broken within a month. And I cannot return it back. Gruuuuu
