Nike Women's Shoes Free Run 5.0

Can't say enough good things about how the construction of this shoe allowed me to finally walk after nursing a sprained ankle for months. It's one of those shoes that actually lets your foot do what it was designed to do, instead of entombing your foot/ankle in artificial support that constricts the muscles and tendons. They're light as a feather and low-profile, and pass the true test of a flexible shoe - you can practically bend them in half, with ease. Some shoes claim to be foot friendly in the same way but then the sole is stiff as as board. No thanks! I bought five of these pairs and hope they never stop making them!

These shoes are light weight sneaker that is super comfortable. I run some 5ks and these are my new favorite race shoes. Easy to slip one and very nice looking

I have so many pair of this exact model. They are machine washable, which is key for me, as I have 2 big dogs that are always stepping on my feet, etc. If they get dirty, there is no leather or pieces that get weird in a washing machine - you can throw these shoes in with bath towels and wash them in machine; I do not put them in a dryer (they bang around), but these will dry by air in 2 hours anyway. They are the very best and most comfortable Nike ever. I love that they do not have any major padding around my ankle, which I find uncomfortable. The soles are quiet when walking on hardwood flooring upstairs, or anywhere! I wish they made more color combos, and often times the Nike superstores are out of this model. I find most of them on Amazon. I typically wear 8 and have always ordered these in an 8, although I wanted a fresh pair and could only get them in 8.5, so I ordered them, and 8.5 fits perfect too! They are the best. Washable, easy, quiet, comfy beyond. I never wear socks, these are perfect sans socks.
