Nicely appointed kit or great quality and has everything you need to spin out some mouth watering sushi.

Works great!
First time making sushi, this kit made it beyond easy. Used the tube first couple times and then graduated to the Mats. After you learn how to make the rice correctly it's simple from there! Rinse it and scrub it until it runs clear. The knife it comes with is SHARP. I suggest saving it for only cutting the sushi to keep it that way. Use one of your regular kitchen knives for preparing all the ingredients, I'd recommend this kit to anyone.

Nice kit!
