I'm so glad I received a sample of these teeny little pills. So easy to swallow - even without water. Lately I'm under a lot of stress and we had to put down our 15 1/2 year old dog this past week, so I've been upset on top of the stress. I've been able to eat or drink anything I want (lots of fattening and heavy comfort foods which can really cause heartburn) with absolutely no heart burn which is highly unusual for me.
