When I first ordered this cup I was a little skeptical of what it would be like/handle what it was made for. Well! It’s safe to say this cup works GREAT! I bought it for my boyfriend who’s in band and hoping to join WGI then DCI soon and he LOVES it! He says it kept the water cool and even had ice for 14 hours of practice with OVER half of that being in the sun!! The cup is very well insulated and he loves he can change out the lids from “practice mode” to just being able to sip a cold drink at home! Even though this product may not be exactly made to be thrown around/tip or spilled, it definitely passed that test as well! It was knocked over/fell out of his bag a few times but not a drop was lost! Really gotta say I LOVE this bottle and I’m probably gonna order myself one as well.

Update:Moving to 5 stars after great customer service and replacement.My low rating is because both of our originals have started rusting on the inside....wth?! We use these for our 3 and 5 year olds. They're leak proof and hold 24oz of water, which is great. A screw top lid?!?!?! YES!!!! That's all great. In fact, we liked these so much after 2 months of DAILY HARD use. We ordered 2 more so we could get a little break from hand washing all of the time. I do not understand the people with the ice breaking the straw issue...maybe cut back on your ice. Our straws are going strong, again with daily, hard use from a 3 and 5 year old. This is what they use ALL DAY, EVERY DAY with ice!!! I do wish they were metal straws and not plastic.

I love the build and feel of this tumbler, but I do have a gripe about how the straw is attached. It can become detached and deformed if you try to open the lid when the cup is full of only ice. Other than that it holds up extremely well and keeps the water surprisingly cold.

Left it in the sun while I tanned. And left it in my car while shopping for a few hours. Very impressed with how cold it stayed. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for taking my coffee to work. Easy to clean and doesn’t spill. Keeps it super hot for many hours.
