I saw a few negative reviews but I did not have any issues with it. It’s firm and comfortable. I love how you can remove the sleeve and wash after every customer.

I bought this pillow for my esti room. Regular pillows don’t offer the neck support like this one does. Memory foam feel and it’s so soft. The sides have pockets you can store scissors, tweezers, etc in while you’re working. I use it for my clients’ facial waxing and they love how comfy it is! I love it myself. So happy I purchased.

Looks and feels great but has a funny smell to it. The smell went away a bit though.Also it came in all wrinkled but I can’t even iron it because it’s practically plastic.

I am a lash tech and this is comfortable and easy to clean. My clients have enjoyed it so far with no complaints. I like that it has the little spots for tweezers so you don’t risk dropping them. I’d buy it again.

Llegó super rápido, además de que le gustó mucho a la persona a la que se lo regalé. Cumple muy bien con su función y si como dice el instructivo, posterior a las 8hrs llega a tomar su forma original (ya que viene comprimido para el envío). Me gustó mucho y es cómodo

The pillow arrived in a suctioned bag but after removing from the bag, the pillow formed back into its original shape within 5-10mins. It was a little tricky trying to put on the faux leather cover but after a little adjusting, it fit perfectly. There was a slight smell to it, although it went away after a day or so. The faux leather isnt the best quality as you can visibly see the crinkles. The pillow is honestly quite comfortable and I recommend it for anyone looking for a decent salon pillow with a low price range.

This pillow has been a great lash pillow. I purchased for my daughter who is a lash technician. I am one of her clients and it's super comfortable. She is able to put her products on the sides of it without worry of spillage or damage. Highly recommend.
