Q: Why dont you make maintain in fragrance free? frustrsting that only the moisturizing type has a fragrance free option. q for manufacturer only

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us, and I understand your frustration. This is something we will hopefully offer in the future. We are still a small, but growing team and recently have been focused on the release of some brand new products, like our new fragrance free face wash! But, we appreciate your feedback and will definitely keep this in mind.

Q: is honeyquat a quaternary ammonium compound aka a persistent health and environmental concern?

As you likely know, not all quats are equal. Our honeyquat is a quaternized honey, used in very small amounts to provide an excellent level of moisturizing. Thanks!

Q: For the seller: what is the pH?

We are in the process of running pH tests on our products – not as straightforward on a solid product as a liquid. We expect the results will come back well balanced as the surfactant we use is a gentle ingredient more normally found in derma products. We know they are around a 5 pH for shampoo and 5.5 pH for conditioner. Hopefully that helps!
