Q: my wifi is 2.4 and 5.0ghz. will this force my mobile phone to only connect to wifi with 2.4 ghz ?

The plug doesn't change your router settings. So things that connect to the router at 5.0 can still connect at 5.0. The plug can only connect at 2.4. So if you had a router that only did 5.0, the plug would not work.

Q: will these work with littlelf app?

I'm not sure, when you set them up you have to set up the Google Smart home app, but, you can link that app to others like my echo. They aren't working thru the Alexa app first hand, but they are because the 2 apps are linked. So you may be able to link your littlelf app to the Google home app. You'll have to research a little bit first. I hope the answer helps you somewhat.

Q: Does the smart plug work with logitech harmony?

No it does not. You must have one of the apps listed in the description on a smart phone to control the device. I use the Smart Life app and am able to control the device.
