Fantastic flavor
On my 2nd bottle... great for dipping sashimi and as stir-fry component. Wonderful flavor... intense flavor, rich umami and brine. Flavor lighter than dark soy, bit more brothy

White Soy Sause
It wasn't very expensive great quality bought this cause my brother likes soy sause but wanted to try this as he never had it my brother loved it thinks it's less salty then regular soy sauce and tastes great

I love this version of a soy sauce. Flavorful but not as strong as dark soy sauce. I like with fish.
