These are so easy to use and help me organize my life. I love them for recipes to try, the different libraries I go to, sort class papers, organize larger projects, separate topics I am currently working on... Gets papers off my desk, but not lost or misplaced. (I can't be the only scatter brain out there.) I first used them to keep my bank accounts straight when I was moving and had accounts in my maiden name in one state and my married name in the other. It made the transition so much easier and nothing got left behind. My sister borrowed a couple for wedding planning. She loved them, too. In fact I'm having trouble getting them back from her. She keeps repurposing them.

I'm a probation officer so I use this to keep a quick reference of each client I supervise. Each pocket holds a client's doc w their rules and expectations So when I meet with them I can quickly reference what they are working on along with any other important forms I may need to quickly access. It definitely helps to keep me organized. This is not bulky and papers can easily slide in and out of pockets when I need to add/ switch/ remove clients. I keep it with me at all times to keep their info confidential.

I purchased this for work to keep my vendor invoices and miscellaneous receipts in. I have a tab for each of my vendors and this works perfectly to help me keep all of that organized. I love the multiple colors and the customizable, printable tabs that come with it are great! I created a custom front cover which slides right into the front pocket. I had been looking for something like this for a long time and hadn't found exactly what I wanted. A coworker had this and when I saw it I knew I had to have one! I will be purchasing one for each year to keep track of all these invoices and I'm always looking for other things I need to organize that I can use this for as well. The folder holds up well with daily use and being thrown in my work bag.

Purchased several—to organize my mom’s large collection of mailing labels & stamps, another to keep track of her bills/expenses & investment funds, then several more to keep tidy all of my in-depth health research info. Lightweight & sturdy, but quite frustrated with finding the correct size labels for the tabs. Smead encloses a sheet of too large labels w/ each...such carelessness to such a very important detail..hence my ding’n of stars. Can’t use a marker on them IF each side holds different materials as the tabs are translucent. Been using 2/3”x 3-1/2” file folders labels, but they’re awkwardly too small.

This is the best thing ever if you are looking for something to help you stay organized! It is very sturdy and has pockets on each side of the folders. It also has a nice little compartment area in the back to store pens, paper clips, etc. I rarely do reviews because I don't find that products hold up to what they're intended for, but this product warranted a review because I don't want people passing up what could probably cause less stress in their lives! In the field I work in, foster care, I work with many clients and this amazing thing helps me to organize all of their paperwork effectively! I feel as though I've gained at least an hour of my day back since having this because I no longer am looking for each client's paperwork, instead it's all here in one simple spot! Trust me y'all, I'm super picky about what I buy and this is worth every cent!!

Really good at organizing my paper work and good bang for for your buck

I have been looking for an organizer like this for years, since I print out and use dozens of handouts in each of my courses and want to keep those for each class together in one place. This is perfect -- though I would have prepared 16 pockets rather than 24 (which is more than I need), with each one holding a bit more than the approximately 8 pages they hold now. I don't know why Staples and other office stores don't carry any organizers with multiple pockets --- many people are wanting them.What irks me however was the packaging which was utterly ridiculous. This notebook organizer, about the size of a manila envelope (though thicker) was packaged in a HUGE box about 2 feet long and 2 feet high, which was absolutely full of bubble packaging - so much that it took me 10 minutes to pop all the big bubbles so I could throw it away (and add to the waste that's destroying the planet). I have an ecological frame of mind, and the amount of unnecessary waste that Amazon used when they could have sent this organizer in one of their small boxes is beyond belief. Plus they probably added considerably to the cost on all this unnecessary packaging. I am truly appalled.
