Works really well. I don’t really like the plastic wall anchors but I had some fancy metal screw in wall anchors so I just used what I had and all is good!

This is a skateboard deck hanger that uses only one screw. That makes installation easy, and you don't have to worry about drilling holes that aren't level. However, that leaves another issue - sketchy stability. I used the drywall anchor (after drilling a hole with 1/4") and then put the screw in as directed. After I hung the deck though, the whole thing tilted down a little bit. It's held for many days now, but it's kind of sketchy in that it doesn't feel as solid as other hangers that use 2 attachment points. My helmet hanger requires 2 screws and a helmet is way lighter than a deck. I would definitely take all the trucks off the decks to keep the weight down.If you can't drill into the stud, my recommendation is to use 2 hangers in a vertical orientation to hang your decks, especially if they're larger or heavier. Installation get's a little trickier since you'd need some way to level them. However, I think that'll be the safest option. I do like the fact that you don't have to drill extra holes in your deck and there are washers that protect your deck when you lay them on the horizontal bolts (through the truck install holes).I wouldn't put any expensive or valuable items underneath a deck hanging from the wall in one of these, unless this was installed via stud. Still, this is a good value and if you're good with your studfinder, this would be an easy 5 star product for you!

These were pretty easy to install. Each bracket holds with just one screw, but that shouldn't be an issue if you're mounting them as intended. I was able to mount full boards on these without removing the trucks and am pretty happy with how they turned out. They easily support the weight of the boards and have stayed sturdy for the past couple of weeks.Would highly recommend!
