Very easy to use and it does the job. My daughter feel comfortable to sleep at night with the help of this product.Cons. Remote quality. I removed 1star due to the low quality of remote after 2weeks didn’t work properly and totally rip easily. But the product is solid and classy. Still recommended!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I am using it since last few weeks so sharing my opinion of the product.Pros:1 - Refilling the water in it is so easy. Just remove the top cover and put water inside. Why it is important? Earlier I had bottom filled b+d humidifier which was bottom filled. Refilling it was so cumbersome that I stopped using that humidifier in few days.2 - It shows so much information on screen like current room temperature, humidity, speed & timer option etc. Trust me you can plan your usage with the screen unlike manual ones. I had manual one before and it used to fill my room with extreme humidity because it was not digital like Reffair Humidifier.3 - Looks goods in the bedroom & my all friends asked me about it. Most of them ordered immediately.Cons:It comes with Remote Control. Remote is useful but it does not come with a battery inside. You need to purchase it at your own. The battery needed for remote is CR2025. I use it most of the time without remote because just set humidity once and it will bring room to perfect living condition.Conclusion: A great buy and a absolute necessity as we stay in AC all day. At such low price this is the best humidifier in this range, go for it.

1. There is a design fault in this. When using level 3 output, given the outlet hole is small for the mist pressure, it creates a moisture near the outlet and also at the floor of device as can be seen in the video and image attached. I thought it was the device fault and got a replacement, wherein even the second one has the same issue which shows the problem is with the design itself.2. The humidity control setting doesn't exactly work, once you set the humidity level device just stays mute. It will only run if the humidity level is set back to 90%+, not how the product video explains.3. Forget this if you want an aroma diffuser. Essential oil aroma is hardly noticeable as the system creates an air pocket through the essential oil holder to push the aroma into the mist which is not affective.4. Stay away from this if you do not have access to RO or purified water. Regular non filtered water will cause issues within few days.

It was super easy to set up and it's very easy to clean. I like to use our humidifier in our room at night it helps me to sleep better as the air is not so dry. I love that we use essential oils because it not only helps to keep the air moist, but I enjoy aromatherapy at the same time. It's also nice and quiet so no disturbances. I probably have to refill the tank with water, every 2 or 3 days it just depends on the use. In all, I love the simplicity of this humidifier. I definitely recommend it, it's a good investment. If I have any problems I'll definitely mention them here, but so far it's working great and we haven't had any issues.

I have purchased many different humidifiers over the years but I really like this one so far. It has a large volume and can last really long in one fill, which is a big time saver and makes it easy to always have the humidifier on. It auto shuts off when it runs out of water which is very effective. My favorite thing about this humidifier is that it is convenient to refill, with its large top fill, it’s no longer a hassle to refill. It can also be adjusted to three different mist levels. And another plus is its clean design, it can be a great addition to any interior look. Overall, great value for a humidifier that can last a long time for daily use.

Totally unsatisfied with the horror story of Reffair humidifier. I'm displeased with the product as well as the awful customer service who have enforced me to approach the consumer forum.This humidifier reached us on October 3, 2022 and after working properly for 15 days, it just collapsed. The internal filter broke into pieces on its own. It did not fall neither is there any external damage except that the painted buttons have disappeared. One morning I awoke and saw that the humidier had stopped working and when I checked the filter had broken and was not sending any mist out.We wrote numerous emails to customer service and in reply we got a message saying to give them a five star rating on Amazon to get this product replaced! Cannot fathom the level to which people fall, instead of accepting that they have used cheap material which is unworthy of usage beyond 10 days, they are coming up with such tactics. Will not recommend anyone to buy this. Don't throw your money on this expensive trash, it's of no use to us anymore. You won't even get help to resolve your issue in case of damage. If there was any rating less than zero, I would give them that.

This humidifier is completely silent. I am a light sleeper and I can barely hear things running, it is super quiet. It is easy to clean and easy to refill. Another thing I really like is that it can sense the level of humidity in the room and work flawlessly.
