They're so yummy that it's almost impossible to stop eating them once you've opened them, in fact I've just bought more, so bang goes the diet, so I recommend buying them and enjoy.

Health food?
Really yummy...these are the only food I was able to eat during the peak "loss of appetite" phase of a bout of Shingles, when I struggled to even force a single Grape down!....Not to be recommended a s a Wonder Food though. Health food?
