This product has been a game changer for my son (11 years old). My son struggled with falling to sleep at night. He takes 1 tablet about 45 minutes before bed. Sleeps through the night and not groggy in the morning. We had tried other name brands and these are by far the best for our family.The last shipment we received was damaged. The bottle crushed and the tablets broken. Amazon would not refund or replace the item. However, Stephen with Nature's Night was awesome and refunded the cost of the product so we could purchase another bottle. 10 stars for customer service!

My daughter likes the taste of these and they work well. I like that they are one mg each. Fast acting and reliable.

The media could not be loaded. They don’t break in half as advertised had to buy pill cutter and then they kinda crumble at times when cutting with cutter. But I value the cleanliness of the ingredients that’s why I continue to buy my daughter just bites them in half
