These lights are good if you don't mind the fan noise. Not idea for example: quiet scene or interview, unless you put the lights far away from the audio recorder, on that note: I wish they are more powerful. Idea for music video, you can shape the light with the built on board barn door and you can change from flood to spot, very versatile. I also wish they come with a remote, unfortunate you can't control them from a distance.
