Works as good as the name brand product, but much much less expensive. I use it twice a day, every day for my arthritic elbow and shoulders. On rare occasions when I can't use it for a few days, I can definitely tell a difference, so I know it's really helping.

I went back to epsom salt lotion and that seems to be the only thing that works for my neuropathy in my feet. I’m sure this might work for someone else with a different problem but it didn;t work for me

I'm giving them 4 stars because of the amazing customer service! I got this after my bilateral mastectomy, with the recommendation from a nurse.. my skin had a horrible reaction to it. I want to add I've had reactions before to topical, although it's not normal.They gave me a refund after I explained the problem. I have heard from others this is good for pain after mastectomy though.

If you are using for shingles, application is uncomfortable...in fact damn hot. That said, after the heat subsides it works for 24 hours or more without discomfort!!

I put a small amount on and waited. No heat for at least 30 min. Then after about an hour it started. Went to bed and woke up an hour later and felt like my skin was on fire. Literally like a severe sunburn. Surface heat only, not deep at all. So I’m not using it again. Menthol type pain cream does better.

This capsacian cream is very effective in alleviating my hip pain.
