Great set for a gift. Gave this to my elderly mother and she no longer has to fool with a traditional corkscrew. Easy to use and the other items are a must. Throw away the cork and you have a stopper.

OK this might not seem like an essential kitchen gadget - BUT if you're either a wine buff or a gadget geek its got to be on your Santa list! The electric corkscrew is such a neat operation, one press of the press of the button and Hey Presto! the cork is effortlessly removed - even works on those dreadful plastic corks. A second press effortlessly discharges the cork from the corkscrew.A real conversation piece for a dinner or drinks party. The vacuum stopper is also useful for preserving wine left in the bottle - (like that ever happens!)
