Very unfortunate. Its the perfect size and look, but just like several reviews.... it wont stay lit. Doesnt matter if you depress it for 45 seconds or two minutes, I've tried everything and every direction eventually it will go out. It may stay lit for 10 minutes and then it slowly goes out.. You can hear the propane going smoothly and then as if it just shuts itself off. I'm figuring it's the parts that they use, which are probably very cheap most likely the thermal couple.There is no way of getting a hold of the company no customer service. I believe they are probably having a lot of returns so my suggestion is don't do what I did thinking. I could figure it out and there are ways that others are not trying in order to get this to stay lit. It's futile. For this, I cannot recommend this unless you just want a fire-less table. With cold rocks as an ornament

First let me say this does not come with directions. But you can find them on the Amazon listing. I never owned or had to put together a gas fire pit before so i was clue less. You will need a triple A battery for the ignite button & to purchase your own rocks. I chose some rose gold glass pieces. I couldn’t get it to ignite, thought i would have to return it for being non functional, BUT it was because i want holding down the ignite button long enough (hold for 45 seconds) . But once i figured out all the Knicks- it lit up beautifully!

Received damaged, and it will stop working after about 10mins. with the heat started to peel around edges.

I love our new fire pit! It is a beautiful design, the concrete color is great! It has a cover so we can keep it protected when we aren't using it. It is super each to use and provides just the right amount of heat.

Only used fire pit less than 15 times over two years. Now fire will not stay lit once ignited and turned to on position, have tried many times without success.

I searched for one exactly this shape and size and it wasn’t easy to find. But I’m so happy I found this one and despite a less than stellar rating I’m very happy with the look, functionality and quality. And the price is great. Note that the rocks do not come with it so you’ll need to add them. I choose the charcoal color for both the fire pit and stones. Looks very high end.

We really like the look of this fire pit, but the quality does not seem up to par. It cracks with use, and is very difficult to ignite and stay lit. With a grill, you turn the knob and then push the ignite button, but with this, you have to push in the knob and hold it while you ignite. Even then, sometimes it won’t stay ignited if you let go. We have found that if you do it a handful of times, it will finally stay ignited. my husband wants to just keep it, but I’m not convinced it’s going to hold up. The box it is packaged in, seems quite flimsy, so I don’t know if that contributed to the cracks or not, but we did not notice them before the third use of the pit.

Perfect size and modern look we were going for! There are a couple downfalls though. I wish there was a lid to cover the fire when it’s not in use and I wish the handles were a little more discrete. Other than that, it’s perfect for our space. The reason this is only getting 2 stars is because it come without the igniter switch so the igniter button is completely useless. We have turn the knob and then use a lighter to light the fire.UPDATE: I changed my rating to a one star. After a couple uses I noticed that after about an hour of use the flame keeps dying out. Once this happens I reignite the flame by holding the knob for about 15-20 seconds and using a lighter to get the flame back. It may or may not lite back up and if it does lite back up it stays lit for about 3-5 minutes and then shuts off again. The propane tank is full and we even tried a different tank just in case. This is definitely a defect with the fire pit.
