Good insoles
Good quality insoles, have a nice arch support, and are very functional. Easy to use, cut to fit to the size of your shoes, upgrades regular shoes with keen quality.

Good for running shoes
I bought some stability running shoes for my flat feet, but this pair needed a little extra support. The Keen insoles work perfectly. They’re thin so they don’t take up room in the shoes like most athletic inserts. They’re firm enough to support my heels and arches, but soft enough to flex in my running shoes. They’re a perfect combo of stability and cushioning. I didn’t need to trim these since I’m at the top of the size range, but they look easy to cut. Time will tell on durability, but I tend to wear out shoes in six months since I run a lot so these inserts will likely last that period too. A great value arch support for shoes that need it!

Thinner than the original liner.
My original insoles wore out. My shoes were still in very good condition and was happy to see that Keen sold replacement insoles. I purchased the K-10 insoles. These are adequate, but are thinner than the original soles. After trimming, the fit was perfect, but if I had to do it over again I should have purchased the K-20 insoles.

Early days but, so far, excellent
These were purchased to replace old Hoka inserts. Hoka does not sell their OEM inserts but recommends a 3rd-party brand that was way overpriced and not a generically-spec'd profile. I did some searching on the Web and these came up as the closest to Hoka OEM. I'll disagree but only because these seem to have a bit more pronounced arch support; nothing too aggressive. As well, the material is also a higher durometer so it seems it will keep its shape better than OEM Hoka's.I have a need for orthotics so I just added a set of Airplus unisex insoles (sold here on Amazon) under these Keen inserts and I'm walking without discomfort. A lot cheaper than custom orthotics.I'll post again in a few months once I know how well these Keens last.

Great - breathable and comfortable.
This is my favorite insert for my work boots. I wear steel toed boots in a refinery in hot weather and cold sometimes raining. This insert breathes better than any other insert I have tried. If you require a high arch support, this insert is not for you, but for all others like myself that have a low arch this is perfect. I usually get about three months worth of wear before I replace them but I’m on my feet all day and the price is much lower than many others. Very affordable. Very comfortable. Excellent ventilation.

No cushion at all
They are made nice, great arch support. But unfortunately it's like walking on concrete. I wear with compression stockings and my feet and legs hurt so bad at the end of my shift, I work in a nursing home so I walk and stand alot.

It fits Keens!
Replace the rotten one. Feels great! Sense “new” when walking. Very sturdy on balance.

FIt my Danner USMC RAT Gore-Tex Temperate Boot
The liners in my boots were coming apart, so I was on the look out for some replacements. I've always wanted a pair of Keen boots, so figured I'd try these out in my Danners. They fit perfect, are not overly cushy, but decently enough. They're holding up well so far and that's huge unto itself.
