SKATEBOLT Remote Control Electric Skateboard 1000W,6.6AH Version

Of course I got this before the board and I was super happy from what I read about the remote shipped with the board. It appeared damaged at the usb charger but I plugged it anyways. No light or anything to tell you it is or isn't charging. When the board came of course it didn't pair, light up or anything. It is needed because the remote shipped with the board is junk but usable. The WORST PART IS THE LACK OF RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER. I decided 29.00 I can take it apart and see if they forgot to plug a wire in or if a solder came loose, nothing. I see a loose read wire but I bet that is the antannae. I assume it's just a bad unit but why can't they test these before sending them? How is it we are spending all this cash on these boards and they can't get an actual remote that is cool, functional, and works. I tried to get in touch with the seller twice before I took matters into my own hands, usually I can figure out what is going on. I need this remote but if they won't respond I will cancel and order another one. NOT COOL!! I think I am going to go into business making a remote that is actually skateboard cool and tough.update they have not responded so i ordered another one total $69 at this point board great rempte bad. second one arrived no manual andn as i read others i figure it out but the new remote is not pairing will someone respomd i a, going to start cancellimg card because of this. come on amazon if ypu are going to back a product help us little peons that make up your customeers
