One of the reviews I read after my purchase mentioned that this system was not compatible with I-phone and other Apple products. Not true! When all else fails, read the instructions to get going. They provide decent information and it is a simple enough system to get to relief quickly.It took about two weeks to really see myself get back to having at least 80% relief. I was looking at a rhizotomy and now I think I can do without that. I don't even think I need steroid injections now. I notice I don't have to increase the intensity to almost ten anymore. The setting goes higher than that, too. Anything more than five is now unpleasant. I also am in PT to strengthen my core and glutes so that could be part of the relief I have.I am so thrilled to be wireless. I have used the wired TNS units for almost 40 years and got tired of the equipemt dropping on the floor and the wires hanging out of my jeans, only to catch on everything. The only negative about VPod is that you have to reboot the thing after an hour. If I could just set it and forget it for half of a day, I would love that.I have recommended this to other friends but I think the price deters them. I felt the quality of my days was well worth the cost. I have not needed customer service as yet. I find that I have to recharge them every 2-3 days (you cannot do that while wearing as it requires a firm surface to snap the button in place) but since you get two power source buttons, one is always charged and ready to go. The skin pads have durable grab without tearing your skin off or falling off when you disrobe. Those probably last 2-3 weeks I find. There is a 15% coupon off your next purchase included in the box, which I will use.Great product; happy and feeling better.One year later: would get surges and settings wouldn’t stay on what I selected. Worked hard with their customer support. I returned it and they sent me a new one but same problem. Read the booklets numerous times as they said it boiled down to user difficulty. I basically gave up, as there was nothing more I could do. When it worked right it was great but the amplitude even when set low would jump to 10 with movement. It was very scary. Can no longer recommend.Two years out: A solution popped into my head and it works again! I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it. It’s fixed! Wish CS had told me they upgraded their app./or try this possible solution. Back in the relief zone! Happy!

15 May 25 update. Still no customer service after repeated attempts. The only reason why I am giving them one star for this product is because I can't give zero.We purchased the deluxe unit, with two wireless units. One of the wireless units does not stay connected via Bluetooth. We have contacted customer service and they do not respond. I would suggest looking for a different company that provides support.
