Normally when I go to sleep at night I'm in a lot of pain once I lay down. Rolling over or changing position before I go to sleep is somewhat stressful because it is uncomfortable to know you are going to be in pain until you fall asleep.I took one of these capsules about two hours before I went to bed and it was a game changer. I did not feel bad at all as I was going to sleep. Normally I take hemp and that does not seem as effective as California Poppy.Other things I noticed after I took a capsule. The thoughts in my head were still there but almost invisible with no volume. There were much less thoughts and I felt very relaxed and almost "free" in a sense. Even today the thoughts in my head are very far away almost as if I've sent them on vacation!So these seem good for people who think too much as they are going to sleep and need relief from the constant anxiety of being alive! I don't know if you can take these during the day but I would say only to take them at night before bed. There is a warning on the label not to operate machinery so probably you should not take these if you have to drive someplace!!!!I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice, but I've enjoyed taking these and will continue to as they seem to take away pain when I ingest them a few hours before bed. I had to give it a star to get this review on here. I have tried a few all natural remedies over the years. As far as a relaxant so I could fell more comfortable and sleep with my pain, this one is a complete fail. I had hopes as poppy has significant health benefits but this product doesn’t provide them. Save your money because you can’t return these type of items. So I wasted $22.

I’m a little disappointed in its calming ability but I just started taking it. Package arrived and was all intact.

Does nothing. eat some grass it will do the same as this product

I was skeptical, but this actually makes a noticeable difference. (using as a vasopressin blocker)

Didn't do anything except maybe make me urinate more..won't purchase again

No Alkaloid in it. No calm relaxation and relief.
