I liked the prash but it has hidden sugars which need to be considered if you are trying to avoid sugars in your lifestyle .though there is no sweetness the label clearly indicates honey , and also sorbitol.

Recent review on 25th Feb:I never noticed last time.They masked Artificial sweeteners , other chemicals and preservatives in their siteIt contains Sorbitol, Solbutamol, Excepients MPS,PPS and Sodium Benzoate . Not a healthy optionNot so sweet . Going by the ingredients , it seems good , healthy . I don't know which sweetner they used. It's not good even if they used Stevia . You can go for it.

I am suffering from diabetes and everything I feel low energy and dizzy , gets tired . I am consuming this Chyawanprash for the last few days and after consuming twice a day I am now getting energy in my work .Also I have a digestion issue but now I am able to figest also hhe food I eat.
