The media could not be loaded. Worked perfectly with my iPhone XS Max (with silicone case) and DSLR camera. Buttons and knobs are a bit small and hard to tighten. Make sure the knob to the piece that attaches to the hot shoe is tight - otherwise phone has a ways to drop. Phone grip itself is very tight. Does make the camera a bit heavier and raises the centre of gravity - something to remember when shooting. Also, don’t forget to turn on the video function before taking photos! Video attached. Overall, I recommend.

When ordered I was expecting cheap plastic. Not at all. The section that fits the hotshoe is metal and well constructed. The remaining parts are plastic but feel sturdy. The only part that feels weak is the part that holds the phone. Smaller phones will be OK but larger (S20 etc) push the spring in the clamp to almost the limit. As I have a separate clamp that's bigger and I have used to hold my S20 I will be using that instead.Overall its ok at a good price but the clamp could be better.

This hot shoe Mount adapter kit arrived very quickly after ordering. My husband was so impressed he wanted one also so I ordered another. When that arrived we realised the first one was missing a part so I sent an email to the company (who had contacted me on dispatch) and within hours they had replied and dispatched a new kit. It didn't come with instructions but the photos on Amazon shows how it goes together.We have used it on both DSLR and smaller Bridge cameras and it works well and feels well constructe.

The hotshoe mount feels great, but the phone holder feels pretty cheap. I ended up keeping the mount and using a different phone mount on top of my mirrorless camera.Worth the price, but swap out the phone holder that comes with it

Another top quality product that I've come to expect from CamKix. I use this particular adapter all the time as I find it very handy and quick to install. I love the fact that I can mount my mobile phone and take quick shots with it as I use my DSLR with more poise. The same goes for when using my GoPro.Simple in design and very effective - thanks CamKix!

Bought the kit to mount to use my iPhone on a Zhiyun crane plus for motion tracking. The quality is surprising good for the price, works spot on. Had a slight issue with the phone clip but after contacting the seller they sorted out a replacement straight away, top class customer service.

I put this on my camera and it wiggles around and then dropped out and broke so I can’t use it do not buy

CamKix Hot Shoe Mount Adapter KitNot a lot to say about this thing. It holds the phone to the camera. Handy. It doesn't feel too cheap. The one it replaced felt more expensive but there was a bit missing from it.My one issue with this one is there is no way to tighten the gimbal. And another thing, but not really the manufacturer's fault - I have to take the case off my phone to use it or the little claspy bit just can't hold it properly. The phone case adds probaly half a cm to the the thickness of the phone and it is just a little too much.Overall, the thing works fine and that's what matters.

Assembly was very easy. Hotshoe fits my Canon EOS camera and it holds my Xiaomi Redmi note phone. Happy !especially for the price

This is a fantastic product that is well made but I really wish the fasteners weren't loose. I wish they had hard stops at the highest allowable height. Rather, the way they are currently set up, they are kind of floating so they could potentially loosen over time.I also find it extremely difficult to get them screwed on straight... as soon as you get one right, the other one has moved.Overall worth the price though.
