Fantastic product at a fantastic price
I have deliberately waited to write this review as I wanted to make sure that I was definitely happy with it. Having bought it in January its now had a few months use and I am absolutely delighted with the product. The package arrived and although the delivery was delayed the company customer service was excellent and they kept me updated throughout. I managed the assembly on my own and to be honest although the instructions were not very clear if I figured it out anyone can! The cross trainer has adjustable resistance and counts calories, time, distance etc. Since getting it I have used both the cross trainer and bike functions every week at least 3 times a week for 45 mins roughly each time. The product is standing up well to this use and seems very sturdy. I use it on a wooden floor and it doesn't rock and the noise level is perfectly acceptable. I get a great workout using the adjustable resistance. Size wise its not too obstructive although I would say its probably too heavy to move and put away on a daily basis so I leave mine out. Overall for the price I am really really pleased with this. I cancelled my £80 a month gym membership as I never went and now love using this at home its made me a lot more active. Thanks!

- Packaging was excellent and parts/wires were well protected
I bought this soley for the cross trainer. I used to do 30 minute sessions 3 days a week at the gym before quitting at the end of last year and now need to get fit again.Delivery Packaging- Although costly delivery was top notch, think i ordered it on friday and it arrived before i woke up on Monday!. Well done to all involved.- Packaging was excellent and parts/wires were well protected. It took ages just to unpack everything (which is a good thing!).Assembly- Putting it together isn't as daunting as it initially looks. Im rubbish at doing stuff like that and i managed it in a couple of hours.- It took longer than necessary because one of the nuts was jammed on one of the bolts and needed wd40 to remove.- That brings me to the Manual. It is so vague it's almost pointless. At first you have to guess which parts are for what. The diagrams are tiny.In UseIm a 5ft.10 Male about 13ish stone. 33 years old.- i've used it for roughly 40 minutes in the last two days. During assembly i made sure to fix all the parts as tight as possible but already it seems like some are coming loose. Infact midway through todays session i had to grab the allen key and retighten the bolt that connects the body to the (4LR) Couplers. It seems that i will infact need two allen keys in each side simultaneously to tighten it efficiently (you don't get two of the same size included).- I have also started to hear a clicking sound from somewhere whilst the wheel is rotating which is worrying.- It does wobble slightly with intense use but not enough to put me off using it.- I use it on it's highest intensity and although i would prefer a higher one ideally it still does the job and provides a good workout.- The digital reader seems totally inaccurate. At the gym i would roughly burn 100 calories every 10 minutes. Today after 20 minutes it said i had burnt.... wait for it.... 25 calories! Lol no way that is right. I don't mind though as i know what i burn in a given period of time/intensity.OverallIm only used to the commercial cross trainers in gyms that cost upwards of 5k so for the price i think this product is good value for money. It provides a decent workout however it's really let down by the smaller parts holding it together being a bit flimsey. For now it gets four star but my review will go up or down depending on how it handles the next few weeks of usage.

Fairly easy to put together
Fairly easy to put together, but many nut covers were missing - which has reduced the number of stars. The manual has not been updated and refers to an earlier model, which was a little confusing. However, many parts that used to be separate are now already connected. I bought a mat at the same time, which is necessary to stop dents appearing in my new lino. I have the machine on the lowest setting, and this is stiff enough for me. Using both the feet and handles at the same time gets the heart working hard, so I have to release the handles and use it as a bike mostly (I am aging and unfit). It would have been nice to be able to disengage both actions from each other to either cycle or 'row', or both at the same time. Still, a great workout.

Good machine
Have had this a couple of weeks now. It came well packaged. Instructions are a bit sketchy but it went together in about an hour. It's pretty robust and a good size: big enough to make you feel confident in it but not so huge that it fills the room.Gives a good work out. The saddle is more comfortable than on previous exercise bikes I've used.So far, very pleased with this purchase.

Dont be fooled by the price
Arrived in 2 days which is good but i suppose when you want ur crap out of storage then you get rid asap. I thought id got a good deal on this as there was a lot of money knocked off the price. It arrived very quick and is well packaged. The fitting instructions arent good but it took me about an hr to build. This machine is awfull. There is no smooth running of this machine. It is very jerky. I thought it would get better once " bedded in " but no , i had to take it to bits after only 3 days to oil/grease any moving part to make it run better and quieter. Its still jerky as hell. My daughter is 5ft 2 and when she is sat on the seat she cannot reach either the bars or the console. When im stood up on the machine i cannot hold on to the bars cause of the jerky movement of the wheel. The bars shoot forward and back with such force you cannot hold them. Ive used it and greased and oiled it so cannot send it back. Its now stood in the corner of the room unused. Dont be fooled by amazon's huge money off offer. This machine is awfull.

Cross trainer only
Mensa IQ needed for instructions but I managed eventually. Part missing that was sent out by 1st class post. Works well as a cross trainer although the foot-pads are at quite an uncomfortable angle at the rear most point. 2-in-1 it is not as the bike part is useless. The foot plates do not translate well into bike pedals & the pulse pads are out of reach when sat down so it cannot be used effectively as an exercise bike. I would recommend buying either a cross trainer or a bike, not a combo, based on this purchase.
