Loved the colours and theme of the astronaut hanging toy, however decided to return as I am concerned about the safety and quality of the item. It arrived with no labels in clear plastic bag which is unusual for baby toys and the 4 toys are all dangling off quite long para cords which I worry a baby could get tangled in especially as it’s intend to hang from car seat/ pram so you cannot always see your babies face and the spiral seems to bunch together and slide about and all the attachments seem too be very low in his face which I didn’t feel comfortable with after one short journey in the car.The whole feel of the item just seemed a little cheap to me for something with rrp £17.99, and inferior to what I have seen in mothercare I only chose this because I liked the space theme as it’s a bit different to what I have seen elsewhere.Also seller has responded to questions saying this is made in Germany... this is definitely not the case this is a made in China.

I ordered the giraffe spiral and found their promotion offer saying that if I’d order this item I’ll receive another toy, an orange fox, for free. So I used the „add both“ button as described in their terms & conditions and - got charged for the fox! It took several emails to the customer service which was very friendly but didn’t want to understand that I was expecting a free promotion item. Finally they refunded the amount for the free item.The giraffe spiral itself is nice and well made, unfortunately it offers no other details to explore beside a rattle. That’s not how it was described, so I’m a bit disappointed. If I had known this before I’d rather ordered the astronaut spiral as it would für much better to my sons room.

At first when it arrived I contemplated returning it because I thought it had been cheaply made and didn't look as good quality as the ones in mothercare however my son loved it and when attached to his car seat you cannot tell the difference it is only on very close inspection that you would see a difference in the material quality however this does not take away from the use of the product and it is mot obvious My son is distracted for hours with the hanging toys and I am really glad that I kept it also savings money when compared to the mothercare ones which have the same hanging toys

Beautiful set of toys, my 6 month old loved it straight away. Haven't used it on a car seat yet but very easy to hang on a cot. The only disappointment (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the description says each toy is either a rattler or a squeaker. We'll, I squashed each one of them individually and none rattles nor squeaks.. I bought the Astronaut version, maybe others are different. I would still recommend as they are lovely and of a good quality.

Bought for my son who loves all the little characters. Only downside is they are attached with ribbon which moves around and they do end up bunched together so need untangling sometimes.

I really liked the look of this but unfortunately I've found that the giraffe hangs too low to use this on our car seat which happened to be the main reason I had purchased it

My six month old son loves this, the toys are on a stretchy connection so that he can pull them towards himself from the car seat handle, hours of fun

Product looks fine but had no labels, no branded packaging (came in a zip lock back) and no paper receipt or anything in with the delivery.
