A doctor in Greece recommended these to me while taking a very strong course of antibiotic… (I had no problems at all) and haven’t had any since I added this to my regimen.I was so happy to find that it was available here in the states too!It works very well, keeps the 🐯fresh and helps regulate digestion. ☕️Overall, I’d say the comfort and convenience is worth any money spent.

These make my hair fall out in gobs. The only thing that does that is rice. Not sure if that is a cleansing effect or ingredients. No other probiotic has done that unless there is rice. I don't know if there is an unknown ingredient other than rice that causes this. I contacted thr company and they said there was no rice in it. I like the packaging, they are easy to take. They taste great if you are one who needs to break them open to take. I will do some more research and may give them another try again in the future.
