Useless product
These "cutters" do not cut like it shows it does. It chews up the paper. Big waste of money! I have it one star only because the was not a zero star option.

Not a good product
No instructions with product.Used you tube to try to use the product even though you tube had a different brand...could not get it to work.. tears the wrapping paper does cut.Cannot recommend.

I can’t figure out how to use it and there aren’t any instructions. I tore up my wrapping paper trying to use it.

It doesn't work, tried on other paper and it scrunched that up too..waste of money, huge waste
