Installation was easy and it looks great. Only complaint I have is that the lock is tight and hard to turn.

For the price, it's a solid and nice set. Cheapest price I could find. I'm really annoyed at the mechanism design. There are two microscopic hex screws to contend with and it just ruined the installation experience for me. Like, no one cares if the set has normally placed black screws that are only visible if you LOOK HARD. The annoyance caused by the hex screws (which hold the exterior part of the lock set on) FAR outweighs the look of "no screws"...... the difficulty added an extra 45 minutes of frustration onto the project. Could have been over and done in 5 minutes. Also, give people a choice of straight or rounded strike plates and trimmings.

This is a very pretty lock. I’ve been buying a lot of black hardware (sink faucets, toilet paper rolls) and can say that this is a beautiful matte black that we like a lot.If you aren’t sure how to install, there are many videos on YouTube about what to do but likely a better idea to hire a professional to make sure it’s fine right.I also recommend using larger screws if you’re worried about safety. They’ll make the lock even stronger if you use larger screws to secure it to the door frame.Overall it’s got a nice finish and looks really good though

Handle set looks and works as expected. However the Chinese keys are a smaller size than in the US and the hardware stores and even my locksmith said they can’t make copies. If you have a larger family (or lose keys!) then this is a huge negative. This might be true for all Chinese locks and keys so please be aware.

Purchased the satin nickel handles for a double door. I ordered 2 sets because there were several complaints of only receiving one handle. However, I opened the first box and it had both handles for the door, so I will be able to send the other set back. The handles are solid, look wonderful, they match the door handles I bought for inside my house, so it will carry the character all the way through. Can't wait for my custom door to get installed and see these on them!
